Are you remodeling, adding an addition or building your dream house? Then you know there can be hundreds of decisions you have to make before your general contractor can swing the hammer!
There are so many choices out there that it is overwhelming to most homeowners and they become frozen in fear that they wont end up with their vision. Sometimes they make selections one at a time last minute and don't know if they will ALL work together in the end. Or worse, they rely on their builder to interpret their design style and make the space a cohesive look with their furniture and art.
Let's make this easy and fun! Together, we will choose every counter, floor, carpet, trim profile, hardware, knob, light fixture, tile, paint color, etc that your builder need specified for your custom home. We will have a complete and thorough design before any orders are placed to ensure the home of your dreams.
We can meet at a one-stop-shop showroom or your builders office/model home if they have samples.
​We can cover as many surfaces as you want in one meeting but some clients can need multiple appointments to avoid decision fatigue.
Requires a daytime appointment to ensure accurate selection as light significantly affects appearance of color.
This is a two hour appointment, $125 each additional hour. Includes written list detailing selections
