Hello!
So we've had our Intro Call and Initial Consultation and you are ready for a design plan that will give you the designer look but you want to do your own ordering and installling.
With this service you'll receive a designers hand to guide you thru all the steps to creating a finished space. This will provide you with an end result very much like the Custom Interior Design Full Service but is abbreviated in that you handle the project management and all purchasing, receiving, inspecting, installing and styling parts of the process.
How it works:
We will start with an online measurement appointment. All decision makers will need to be there and be clear on their desired results. If you want any custom or trade work for your space your trades would come to this meeting also. During this time:

  • You'll take careful measurements of the space
  • You'll take videos and photos of space details and upload to gDrive
  • You'll share inspiration images that you've collected
  • We'll discuss total expected investment costs
  • Your mandates are considered and then narrowed into scope

Then in a few weeks we'll meet again virtually for the Design Presentation. I'll walk you through every layer and decision accompanied by textile swatches of the Design Concept and make sure any questions you have get answered.
The significant difference between this and the Get the Plan service is the Finishes, Fixtures, Furnishings are selected and sourced and ready for purchase. These selections are the design elements that determine if a space feels budget or luxury!
You will have a complete vision of your finished space (example here, and here, and here, and here, and here) to execute as you wish. You will have access to the Deliverable documents and can purchase thru links the exact items we recommended from our trusted suppliers and manufacturers.
